Your nurse and the nursing unit director at UPMC Passavant are available to address your concerns. They should be your first point of contact. When an issue or concern involves other departments, they can reach the appropriate director to resolve it.

If your nurse or unit director are unable to resolve your issue, Patient Relations is available to assist.
