Clinical Informatics Fellowship

The mission of the UPMC Clinical Informatics Fellowship is to train excellent clinical informaticists who will succeed as clinical informatic leaders in any setting they choose. Using the resources available in UPMC's large integrated health care system and the University of Pittsburgh Department of Biomedical Informatics, our fellows will get a broad and deep training in the theory and practice of Clinical Informatics. Fellows will be trained to use information systems, leadership skills, change management, and quality improvement methodology to serve academic institutions, community hospital systems and our communities by providing outstanding patient care through technological innovation, research, and education.
