The Construction and Community Impact Group (CCIC) is a group of project stakeholders, comprised of personnel from all firms engaged in the effort around the tower construction project.

The CCIC is responsible for:

• Working to encourage and support recruiting and hiring.
• Outreach, engaging and supporting small and local businesses.
• Developing/facilitating training for firms/employees to advance their knowledge and understanding of the industry.
  
• Developing and sharing strategies for building a welcoming and safe environment.
• Engaging with all communities.
