Early Payment and Supportive Services for Qualified Vendors

UPMC offers an early payment program and supportive services for contract awarded subcontractors and suppliers.

Early Payment

The early payment program is open to certified subcontractors and suppliers who are awarded a contract on the UPMC Presbyterian project. This program provides early payment for approved services, which could help to remove case flow barriers that exist for certain firms.

Eligible participants include inclusive businesses under direct contract with our construction management partner Whiting Turner/PJ Dick, as well as firms under contract to the construction management subcontractors and trade partners.
