If you’ve already established care with a provider, you can schedule via:
Patient Portal – If you have an existing patient portal account through UPMC, you can schedule a video visit with your provider by logging in or creating an account.
Call – If you already have a UPMC provider you can call their office to see if they offer video visits.
In-Person – At your next in-person visit, you can ask your care team if they offer video visits and schedule an appointment while you’re there.
