Vanilla and Cinnamon Swirl Protein Popsicles Recipe


  • Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix, 1 oz
  • Unsweetened Soy Milk, 2 cups
  • Unflavored Protein Powder, 2 scoops
  • Cinnamon Extract, 1 tsp
  • Ground Cinnamon, 1 tsp

In a blender, combine vanilla pudding packet, soy milk, and protein. Blend on high until fully mixed and creamy.

Remove approximately 2/3 vanilla pudding from the blender into a large bowl. Set aside.

Add cinnamon and cinnamon extract to blender. Blend on high until cinnamon is incorporated.

Slowly drizzle the cinnamon flavored pudding onto the top of the vanilla. Take a knife and lightly swirl the cinnamon around.

Gently pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
