The Cardiogenic Shock Survivor Clinic
At the Cardiogenic Shock Survivor Clinic, our team sees patients who have been discharged from UPMC with cardiogenic shock to continually monitor their health. We see patients for one to three visits beginning seven to ten days following discharge.
Our multidisciplinary team provides the support and resources to optimize medical therapy and to assist patients transitioning to long term care with our cardiology or heart failure specialists. To provide convenient access to care, our Cardiogenic Shock Survivor Clinic offers appointments virtually.
