Falk Pharmacy offers FREE delivery service to UPMC and University of Pittsburgh staff at various locations as well as offices within a 1-mile radius of the pharmacy. Please refer to the delivery locations to see if the pharmacy delivers to your worksite.
Staff will need to provide both an office and cell number when requesting office deliveries. Prescriptions must be prepaid with a credit card or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card.

Your prescriptions may be delivered directly to your office or delivered to and available for pickup at a designated location for your office site.
Falk Pharmacy delivers to some locations daily anytime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and to others on Wednesdays and/or Fridays between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. There are no same-day deliveries or scheduling of delivery times.
Each prescription is delivered in a brown paper bag that will include only your name, building address, and office phone number.
You can arrange for someone else to receive or pick up the prescription, but you must indicate this when you request delivery. Medications that are not picked up from central delivery locations within five days will be returned to Falk Pharmacy.
You should provide 48 hours' notice (excluding weekends) prior to the desired day of delivery.
You can pre-pay using a major credit card or flexible spending account (FSA) card. Sorry, no cash or checks can be accepted for deliveries.
Yes. Three-month supplies of maintenance medications are available (often with discounted copayments), provided that your physician and insurance plan approve.

Yes, prescriptions for family members also can be filled by Falk Pharmacy and delivered to a UPMC or Pitt employee if the prescriptions are written by a UPMC physician or if the family member has UPMC Health Plan.
