At Sherwood Oaks, you will live in your original residence for as long as you can safely do so. If the future requires a short-term or longer term stay in our personal care or memory loss facility, we can help you make that transition without having to leave the Sherwood campus.
Sherwood Oaks offers a fully-licensed, 42-room Personal Care Unit on our beautiful 84-acre campus. Personal care offers 24-hour supervision, private rooms, and activities to enhance your quality of life. You have a variety of food choices and dining areas to enjoy three meals a day.
The Oak Grove Center at Sherwood Oaks is specifically designed to care for individuals in need of personal care and memory loss support due to a diagnosis of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. The staff is specifically trained to assist our residents experiencing memory loss with their activities of daily living. We have two secure units, each with 15 private rooms overlooking the Cranberry Lake.
