The Nurse Liaison Program places VA-registered nurses in several UPMC hospitals across the region. They work closely with hospital care teams and VA providers to help ensure Veterans receive coordinated, high-quality care.

The UPMC Veteran Care Services (VCS) team provides coordination across the UPMC system in central Pa. for all referrals for care from any VA Medical Center in our region. It is Veterans "One Stop Shop" for all care coordination needs.
