Condition Help: A Patient Safety Hotline for Patients and Visitors to Call

Condition Help is a hotline that addresses the needs of a patient in case of an emergency. Or, when a patient can't get the attention of a health care provider.

When hospital operators receive a Condition Help call, they dispatch a rapid response team right away to the patient's bedside to help.
