Decadent High Protein Chocolate Mousse Recipe


  • Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, 2 oz
  • Heavy Whipping Cream, 4 Tbsp
  • Fat Free Half & Half Cream, 4 Tbsp
  • Powdered Protein Supplement, 6 Tbsp

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.

Meanwhile, whip the cream, half and half, and protein powder together.

Gently fold in melted chocolate. Pour into small cups to make 4 servings.

Put the cups in the fridge until they set and enjoy!
