Celeriac Fries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Celery Root
  • 1 tbsp EVOO
  • Pinch of truffle salt
  • Pinch of garlic salt

Directions

Peel the celery root and cut into sticks for fries. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp EVOO and sprinkle with salt (to help pull out the moisture). Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
