- Roast Beef, 1 oz
- Provolone Cheese Slice, 1 oz slice
- Mushrooms, 0.5 cup
- Fat Free Half & Half Cream, 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Baby Bella Mushrooms, 0.0625 cup
- Chopped Raw Onion, 1 Tbsp (10 g)

Chop mushrooms, onion and roast beef.
Sauté in a lightly sprayed skillet over medium-low heat until vegetables are tender.
Whip egg and half and half until airy. Pour over roast beef and vegetables and cook until done. Turn off heat.
Place cheese over eggs and cover pan until cheese is melted (or just put in the microwave if you are impatient!) and serve.
