Research: Matching Technology to Your Hearing Needs

Our audiologists use current research literature to ensure that they are recommending evidence-based features that enhance hearing and listening.

In addition, our center participates in a variety of research studies to test new technology. This helps us make sure we recommend technology that will work for you and not simply the latest or most expensive technology.

Individuals are welcome to participate in any of our ongoing research projects.

Our research focuses on:

• Examining the best way to match technology to an individual's communication needs and demands
• Developing or testing new technology that may assist individuals with hearing loss
• Auditory training and how to assist the adult to improve communication
