Neurology referral and evaluation
The first step in your neurology journey is to get a referral to our program from your doctor or primary care provider. We also accept self-referrals for people with neurological symptoms and people who have already been diagnosed with neurological disorders.
After you are referred to our program, you can schedule your first appointment at a neurology center closest to your home.
