Katie Ditty, MS, LAT, ATC
Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in health sciences – athletic training from the University of Central Florida in 2004. She continued her education at Florida International University where she earned her master’s degree in sports management in 2006. Katie has been working at Bucktail Area High School since 2010. She previously worked as the head athletic trainer at Penn College. In her free time, Katie enjoys hunting, fishing, and volunteering as a coach for her own kids’ teams.

Lindsey Dry, LAT, ATC
Lindsey received a bachelor of science degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Lindsey has been with Central Mountain Middle School/High School and UPMC Williamsport since 2019. She is also certified in the Técnica Gavilán technique. Lindsey enjoys traveling, reading, knitting, and spending time with her family and friends.
Elizabeth Evarts, LAT, ATC
Liz received a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Lock Haven University. She is a team leader for Athletic Training and Development. She is a volunteer for PATS and is currently serving as the PATS Convention Chair. Liz has worked as an athletic trainer for Central Mountain High School and Middle School since 2007. Previously, she worked at Williamsport High School and in the Susquehanna Health Sports Medicine Clinic. Outside of work, Liz enjoys travelling with her husband and their two kids.

Kimberly Kalasnik, MS, LAT, ATC
Kimberly has been the athletic trainer for Northern Tioga School District, covering both Cowanesque Valley and Williamson High Schools, since 2013. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training and health and physical education from Marywood University and her master’s degree in performance enhancement from California University of Pennsylvania. Kim loves her English Mastiffs and enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, hiking, and kayaking.

Brian Duke, LAT, ATC, CSCS
Brian joined UPMC in 2006 and has been working at Hughesville High School since 2000. Brian received his bachelor’s degree in movement science/athletic training from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. He also holds an NSCA-CSCS certification, which has been a huge asset to his work, as well as with his interests in long term athletic development, strength and conditioning, and manual therapies. In his free time, he likes to enjoy the outdoors with his family and go archery hunting.

Clarice Tice, LAT, ATC
Clarice has been at Southern Tioga School District since 2019 and UPMC Williamsport since 2018. She received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Waynesburg University. Prior to joining UPMC, Clarice provided athletic training services for Waverly High School. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and motorcycling.

Emily Bridy, MS, LAT, ATC
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science, as well as her master’s degree in clinical athletic training from Bloomsburg University. Prior to working at UPMC, she was a graduate assistant at Susquehanna University and Bloomsburg University. Emily started as an athletic trainer with UPMC at Loyalsock Township High School in 2020. Her professional interests include manual therapies and muscle energy. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, being active with her dog, and spending time with family.

Cecile Zechman, MS, LAT, ATC
Cecile earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Penn State University and her master’s degree in athletic training from East Stroudsburg University. Prior to working at UPMC, she was a graduate assistant at East Stroudsburg University for Lehman Intermediate School. She has been providing athletic training services at Montgomery JR/SR High School since February of 2019. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and cross-stitching, as well as traveling and attending concerts.

Ethan Showers, MS, LAT, ATC, PES, CES
Ethan received a bachelor of science degree in athletic training from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and a master of science degree in exercise science from California University of Pennsylvania. Ethan is also a certified performance enhancement specialist and a corrective exercise specialist. He has been with Montoursville Area High School and UPMC Williamsport since 2017. Prior to joining UPMC, Ethan worked as an athletic trainer in the Philadelphia Phillies Minor League System in Clearwater, Florida. He has research interests in the strength and conditioning of athletes using the conjugate training method and the throwing shoulder/overhead athlete. Ethan enjoys hunting, fishing, playing baseball, and spending time with his family.

Daniel Picarella, MS, LAT, ATC, CES
Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University and his master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. He has been working with UPMC since 2015 and has provided great care for the athletes at Muncy JR/SR High School since then. Prior to working at UPMC, he worked at Altoona High School for four years and holds a CES certification. In his free time, Daniel enjoys road cycling, gravel cycling, sports nutrition, and strength and conditioning.

Chelsea Rieppel, MS, LAT, ATC
Chelsea received a bachelor of science degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Chelsea has been with UPMC Williamsport since 2020, working within the clinic as well as at Saint John Neumann Regional Academy. Prior to working for UPMC, Chelsea was a graduate assistant at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she earned her master of science degree in rehabilitation science. She is Gavilán certified and a corrective exercise specialist. Chelsea enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with her dogs.

Stephanie Sibeto, MEd, LAT, ATC
Stephanie received her bachelor of science degree in recreation management, specializing in athletic training, from Lock Haven University and received her master of education degree in sports medicine from Temple University. Prior to working with UPMC Williamsport, she worked at the University of Pennsylvania for three years and at Hobart and William Smith Colleges for eleven years. Stephanie started working with UPMC in 2005 and has been a great asset to Sullivan County High School ever since.

Alexis Kriner, LAT, ATC
Alexis received her bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from Penn State University. She has been at Wellsboro Area High School since 2010 and has been with UPMC Williamsport since 2017. In addition to being an athletic trainer, Alexis is a certified American Heart Association BLS Instructor. She loves teaching CPR to her colleagues, AT camp students, and the Wellsboro Rehab Department because it allows her to interact with people she does not see on a regular basis while providing a much-needed service. Alexis and her husband enjoy doing yardwork, landscaping and gardening in the spring and summer, as well as taking their daughter on Jeep rides and being outdoors.

Monica Anderson, MS, LAT, ATC, CES
Monica has been with Williamsport High School since 2011. She graduated from Lock Haven University with a bachelor’s degree in health science – athletic training and received her master’s degree in rehabilitative science, as well as her corrective exercise specialist certification, from California University of Pennsylvania. Monica’s interests include nutrition, corrective exercise, and muscle balance. She has also been an active member of the United States Army Reserve since 2000.
Daniel Hensley, LAT, ATC, CES, PES
Danny has been an athletic trainer and strength coach with Williamsport Area School District since 2015. He has a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University and a master’s degree in exercise science from California University of Pennsylvania. Danny shows special interest in strength and conditioning, vascular research, general surgery, and orthopaedics. Prior to working at UPMC, Danny was an intern at Bucknell University.
Melissa Loudenslager, LAT, ATC, PTA
Melissa completed her education at Messiah College. She has been at Williamsport Area High School and UPMC since 2000. In addition to being an athletic trainer, Melissa is a certified physical therapy assistant. She enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, boating, and traveling.

Joshua Gooch, MS, LAT, ATC
Josh has been with UPMC Williamsport and Lycoming College since 2016. Prior to Lycoming College, Josh provided athletic training services as a per diem athletic trainer for the North Central Pa. region, as well as for men’s soccer and track and field at Lock Haven University. Josh received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training and his master’s degree in sport and exercise psychology from Lock Haven University. His sport assignments at Lycoming include volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, softball, swimming, cross country, and tennis. Josh is also the adviser and coach for the Lycoming esports team.
Kaitlin Bottorf, MS, LAT, ATC
Kaitlin has been with UPMC Williamsport since 2014 and with Penn College since 2020. Her sports assignments include women’s volleyball, co-ed cross country, women’s basketball, and men’s lacrosse. She received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University and her master’s degree in exercise science and wellness promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. Kaitlin previously provided athletic training services for the Susquehanna Health Sports Medicine Center and Loyalsock Township High School. Kaitlin oversees the North Central Pa. region Student AT Camp, and in her free time she enjoys reading and baking.
