Katie Ditty, MS, LAT, ATCKatie Ditty, MS, LAT, ATC

Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in health sciences – athletic training from the University of Central Florida in 2004. She continued her education at Florida International University where she earned her master’s degree in sports management in 2006. Katie has been working at Bucktail Area High School since 2010. She previously worked as the head athletic trainer at Penn College. In her free time, Katie enjoys hunting, fishing, and volunteering as a coach for her own kids’ teams.

Erika received her bachelor of health science degree and her master of athletic training degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She has worked at UPMC and with Canton Area Jr./Sr. High School since 2022.

Lindsey Dry, LAT, ATCLindsey Dry, LAT, ATC

Lindsey received a bachelor of science degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Lindsey has been with Central Mountain Middle School/High School and UPMC Williamsport since 2019. She is also certified in the Técnica Gavilán technique. Lindsey enjoys traveling, reading, knitting, and spending time with her family and friends.


Elizabeth Evarts, LAT, ATCElizabeth Evarts, LAT, ATC

Liz received a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Lock Haven University. She is a team leader for Athletic Training and Development. She is a volunteer for PATS and is currently serving as the PATS Convention Chair. Liz has worked as an athletic trainer for Central Mountain High School and Middle School since 2007. Previously, she worked at Williamsport High School and in the Susquehanna Health Sports Medicine Clinic. Outside of work, Liz enjoys travelling with her husband and their two kids.

Brian Duke, LAT, ATC, CSCSBrian Duke, LAT, ATC, CSCS

Brian joined UPMC in 2006 and has been working at Hughesville High School since 2000. Brian received his bachelor’s degree in movement science/athletic training from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. He also holds an NSCA-CSCS certification, which has been a huge asset to his work, as well as with his interests in long term athletic development, strength and conditioning, and manual therapies. In his free time, he likes to enjoy the outdoors with his family and go archery hunting.

Alyssa Dickey, LAT, ATCAlyssa Dickey, LAT, ATC

Alyssa is a graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in health science and a master’s degree in athletic training. She started working at UPMC in 2023, primarily at Jersey Shore School District and assisting in the UPMC Williamsport orthopaedic clinic. Outside of work, Alyssa loves to do anything outside from fishing to kayaking. She also loves spending quality time with friends, family, and her dogs.

Clarice has been at Southern Tioga School District since 2019 and UPMC Williamsport since 2018. She received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Waynesburg University. Prior to joining UPMC, Clarice provided athletic training services for Waverly High School. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and motorcycling.

Barbara Wertz, LAT, ATCBarbara Wertz, LAT, ATC

Barb is a graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences. Barb previously worked at Loyalsock from 1998 until 2014. Between 2016 and 2023, Barb worked fulltime for UPMC Sports Medicine and the foot and ankle clinic as a clinical athletic trainer. Loyalsock warmly welcomed Barb back in the fall of 2023. Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys watching her youngest daughter, Maddie, play softball and basketball. Every summer she enjoys traveling and going to Assateague Island National Seashore.

Cecile Zechman, MS, LAT, ATCCecile Zechman, MS, LAT, ATC

Cecile earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Penn State University and her master’s degree in athletic training from East Stroudsburg University. Prior to working at UPMC, she was a graduate assistant at East Stroudsburg University for Lehman Intermediate School. She has been providing athletic training services at Montgomery JR/SR High School since February of 2019. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and cross-stitching, as well as traveling and attending concerts.

Caleb is a graduate of Lock Haven University, where he received his bachelor's degree in exercise science and master’s degree in athletic training. Caleb started at Montoursville Area and UPMC Sports Medicine in 2024. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys boxing, lifting, hiking, reading, and doing research.

Daniel Picarella, MS, LAT, ATC, CESDaniel Picarella, MS, LAT, ATC, CES

Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University and his master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. He has been working with UPMC since 2015 and has provided great care for the athletes at Muncy JR/SR High School since then. Prior to working at UPMC, he worked at Altoona High School for four years and holds a CES certification. In his free time, Daniel enjoys road cycling, gravel cycling, sports nutrition, and strength and conditioning.

Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and a master's degree in athletic training from Bloomsburg University.  She has been with UPMC Sports Medicine since 2017.  She also works for the Williamsport Crosscutters.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, anything outdoors, and watching Pittsburgh sports teams.

Chelsea Rieppel, MS, LAT, ATCChelsea Rieppel, MS, LAT, ATC

Chelsea received a bachelor of science degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Chelsea has been with UPMC Sports Medicine since 2020 and started at South Williamsport in 2021. Prior to working for UPMC, Chelsea was a graduate assistant at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she earned her master of science degree in rehabilitation science. She is Gavilán certified and a corrective exercise specialist. Chelsea enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with her dogs.

Stephanie Sibeto, MEd, LAT, ATCStephanie Sibeto, MEd, LAT, ATC

Stephanie received her bachelor of science degree in recreation management, specializing in athletic training, from Lock Haven University and received her master of education degree in sports medicine from Temple University. Prior to working with UPMC Williamsport, she worked at the University of Pennsylvania for three years and at Hobart and William Smith Colleges for eleven years. Stephanie started working with UPMC in 2005 and has been a great asset to Sullivan County High School ever since.

Stephen “Chip” has been with UPMC Sports Medicine since 2021.  He received an associate degree in physical therapy from Penn State Hazelton and a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Loch Haven University. Prior to joining UPMC, he worked at various high schools in Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Chip serves as a PIAA soccer and track and field official, as well as a certified roller derby official.


Andrea Harmon, LAT, ATCAndrea Harmon, LAT, ATC

Andrea received her bachelor’s degree in health science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2005, her master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Hawaii in 2007, and her doctorate in sports management from Northcentral University in 2019. Andrea started at Williamsport Area School District and UPMC in 2023. Outside of work, Andrea lives for the beach and anything else outside that involves her daughter, family, and friends.


Aria Clark, LAT, ATCAria Clark, LAT, ATC

Aria received her bachelor's degree in exercise science and her master’s degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She started at Williamsport Area School District and UPMC in 2023. Outside of work, Aria enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, listening to music, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Justin is a graduate of Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania-Lock Haven, where he received both his bachelor’s degree in health science and master’s degree athletic training. Justin started at Lycoming and UPMC Sports Medicine in 2024. Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing basketball, watching movies and football, and spending time with friends.


Kaitlin Bottorf, MS, LAT, ATCKaitlin Bottorf, MS, LAT, ATC

Kaitlin received a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University and a master’s in exercise science and wellness promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. She has been with UPMC Williamsport since 2014 and is a team leader for athletic training and development. She has been at Lycoming College since 2021. She previously provided athletic training services for the Sports Medicine Center, Loyalsock Township High School, and Pennsylvania College of Technology. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and baking.


Katie Weaver, LAT, ATC

Katie received her bachelor's degree in athletic training and her master’s degree in sport and exercise psychology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She started working at UPMC and Lycoming College in 2023. Katie loves being outside hiking, biking, kayaking, and gardening – anything to get her out in the sun.

Meridith earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Lock Haven University and a master's degree in in exercise physiology from Midwestern State University.  She has been with UPMC Sports Medicine since 2015. Prior to joining Penn College, she worked at Canton High School.  Meridith is a team leader in the athletic training department overseeing several colleges and high schools.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golf, and working on craft projects.

Greg has been with UPMC Sports Medicine since 2022.  He received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and his master’s in athletic training both from Lock Haven University.  Greg is a certified orthopedic physician extender.  His research interests include manual therapy.  In his free time, he enjoys running, watching movies, and enjoying time with friends.
