Physician-researchers at the Magee-Womens Gynecologic Cancer Program and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (UPCI) are pioneering efforts to develop novel strategies for diagnosing, treating, and preventing cancers of the cervix, ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes, vagina, and vulva, helping to establish more personalized treatments, and improve early detection methods for these cancers.
During your testing and treatment, you may be asked to participate in a clinical trial. Part of our mission is the development of new treatments for cancer, and your participation can help us to help others now and in the future.
