We want to ensure your visit to 233 College Avenue is as smooth and accessible as possible. Due to the closure of our parking garage, we’ve made several arrangements to support your parking needs:
Marietta Avenue Lot – You may park at the Marietta Avenue lot, which is approximately a block and a half away from the building. This lot remains available free of charge. Please enter the lot via Hager Alley or North West End Avenue. Do not attempt to enter from Marietta Avenue directly, as the exit is equipped with a spike strip that will cause damage to your vehicle if crossed. Signage is placed around the lot to indicate this, but we want to ensure you are aware in advance.

If parking or accessibility is a concern, you may choose to switch your appointment to a Video Visit. Please contact our scheduling team to make this change.
You may have someone drop you off at the front entrance of 233 College Avenue. The driveway remains open for patient drop-off. Your driver can return to pick you up after your appointment.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete your registration. You will be asked to sign our HIPAA form, as required by law, so that you are aware of our privacy policies.
Please be prepared to pay your deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance and any other amounts due at the time of your visit. Please remember that your appointment time is valuable. If you are unable to make your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time so that we may schedule someone else that needs care.
