There are very few issues that telehealth can't manage.
If you have more severe conditions, such as heart failure or diabetes, we have remote patient monitoring devices. These let us closely track your vital signs and health.
If your health makes it hard to travel, virtual care is a good option for you.
If you need an in-person visit, we'll refer you to one of our satellite locations in and around central Pa.:
Once there, a Virtual Primary Care–UPMC provider will see you for your in-person health care needs.
If you need a lab test or imaging scan, your virtual PCP will order it. Our staff will help you with scheduling the test or procedure.
Once scheduled, you'll go to the site where they normally perform lab tests or scans.
Your PCP will receive the results and discuss them with you in a timely fashion. They'll also talk to you about any needed follow-up tests or care.

When your PCP isn't available, another virtual practice provider can see you or answer questions during business hours.
