Transplant referral and evaluation
The first step in your transplant journey is to get a referral to our program from your doctor. We also accept self-referrals for transplant recipient candidates and living-donor candidates.
After you are referred to our program, our team will review your medical history and other health information. If you are a candidate for organ transplantation or living donation, one of our team members will contact you to schedule an evaluation.
During your evaluation, you will have tests, exams, and consultations that will provide our team with the information required to decide if organ transplantation or living donation is right for you.
