MyUPMC is UPMC’s patient portal — its first online convenience care platform. MyUPMC serves as a common front door for all of a patient’s remote virtual health care needs. Building on the prior success of HealthTrak, the original UPMC patient portal that was launched in 2005, MyUPMC incorporates additional features and benefits. There are currently more than 450,000 patients enrolled in the MyUPMC patient portal. Through MyUPMC, patients have convenient access to their personal health information as well as their family members’ health information, including:
Patients must sign up for MyUPMC. If patients have difficulties signing up, they can call the MyUPMC Support Line at 1-866-884-8579.
Please note: Most patients are able to access all features of MyUPMC. However, patients whose doctors' offices do not currently have the technology to access the entire MyUPMC system will not be able to use the full array of MyUPMC features. In addition, patients who are current UPMC patients but haven't had an appointment with their doctor in three years or more will need to schedule an appointment and complete an office visit to use all of MyUPMC’s features.
