The Behavioral Health Access Call Center at UPMC Altoona offers easy access to mental health and drug and alcohol services. All calls are private.
What we do:
The Access Center cares for anyone without regard to race, faith, gender, age, national origin, disability, or economic status.

The center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We're in the Blair Medical Building across from UPMC Altoona in Building C, Suite 200. Though we’re a call center, walk-ins are welcome.
Our Crisis Center is open 24 hours a day to respond to urgent mental health needs at 814-889-2289.
We do not provide treatment but will decide the type of help you need. Then, we'll connect you with a provider that you choose.
