Angela Fogel earned a bachelor’s degree in education from California University of Pennsylvania in 2011 and a master’s degree in athletic training from Bloomsburg University in 2014. Prior to working at Ambridge Area High School, Angela worked as a rehab aide at the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute. She has been with UPMC Sports Medicine since 2015.
Amanda Miller, MS, LAT, ATC
Amanda Miller has been with Ambridge Area High School and UPMC Sports Medicine since 2008. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training sports medicine and in 2008 with a master’s degree in athletic training. In 2011, Amanda interned with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an athletic trainer.

She is the team leader for the athletic training and development department, overseeing the athletic training staff at several high schools.

Larissa received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Cedarville University. Previously she has worked with the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program assisting with studies funded by the NCAA, NFL, NIH, General Electric, and the United States Department of Defense. Larissa began working with South Fayette High School in 2015 and has provided special event athletic training services through UPMC for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.

She has been with UPMC Sports Medicine since 2009. Prior to working for UPMC and South Park High School, Julie interned for the University of Florida’s cross country and track and field teams. As an Athletic Trainer II, Julie oversees the Staff Seminar/Career Day Committee.
