412 Food Rescue Stories

Many people throughout our communities struggle with food insecurity. It’s crucial to help our neighbors in need get the food they need to survive. At UPMC, we are working to address food insecurity in our communities. UPMC partners with 412 Food Rescue, which battles two problems: food waste and food insecurity. Through its work, 412 Food Rescue collects food that would otherwise go to waste and delivers it to people in need. We are proud to support 412 Food Rescue in this important mission. The impact they have made in people’s lives is tremendous.
