Senior Contact Center Specialist Bailey has been scheduling appointments for patients at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh since 2021. He works on the front line of helping parents find a specialist for their child – whether that’s in the frog pod or the mouse pod.
“People who call us are not just calling to say ‘hello,’ and they’re not necessarily having the best day of their lives when they call. There’s often something serious behind it,” Bailey says. “To make it as easy as possible for them and just to help…that’s all that matters.”
