Kim is a Contact Center Specialist, Senior, at the UPMC Quantum One Building in South Side. She schedules for various patient needs, including primary and specialty care, physical therapy, radiology, and more across Western and Central Pa.
“My mom was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when I was nine years old, so I became her caregiver. I think the empathy and the nurturance and the desire just to help had been instilled in me as a child so to speak,” Kim says. “I like to be able to help people access state-of-the-art care and expert providers.”
Kim shares that she enjoys each day, coming in with a desire to sincerely help people and give them an empathetic voice, a genuine smile, and concern to help them meet their needs.
