- Antimicrobial Stewardship/Infectious Diseases - 5 weeks
- Pharmacy Management - 4 weeks
- Includes Medication Use Evaluation
- Hospital Pharmacy Services I (4 weeks) and II (longitudinal)
- One weekend every fourth weekend
- One four-hour weekday shift every other week
- One minor holiday (July Fourth, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day)
- One major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day)

- Residents must obtain pharmacist licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania within 120 days of the start of the residency and practice a minimum of 35 weeks as a licensed pharmacist.
- Residents must successfully complete Pharmacy Department competencies related to the following clinical programs: Pharmacokinetics, Warfarin. The resident pharmacist must also complete all other hospital and departmental competencies as assigned.
