Anthony A. has worked many different jobs during his 17 years at UPMC. Now a cold cook at UPMC Shadyside, he loves his job – both the little things and the big things.
“I take joy in bringing that tray that's already prepared to the patient as soon as possible,” he says.
In his job, Anthony is always willing to volunteer for whatever is needed. He works as hard as he can to serve his patients in whatever way he can.
Anthony says he always wanted to work at UPMC, and he is grateful he found a career and a place where he can help others.
“UPMC changed my life,” he says. “When I look up in the skyline and see that UPMC tower, I'm very proud.”
