Dr. Behari is an associate professor in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. He's also the co-director of the Liver Translational Research Program at the University of Pittsburgh Liver and Pancreas Institute.
Dr. Behari is board-certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and transplant hepatology. He has a special interest in the evaluation and management of alcoholic and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD).
Sara Parr is a registered dietitian in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
Dr. Stefanovic-Racic is an assistant professor in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Pittsburgh. She's also director of the Endocrinology Fellowship Training Program.
Dr. Stefanovic-Racic is board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology. She treats all endocrine disorders but has a specific interest in managing diabetes mellitus in people with MASLD.
Amy Roundtree Schmotzer is a clinical research coordinator in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition.
She sets up clinical trials on MASLD within the UPMC Liver Steatosis and Metabolic Wellness Program.
