Specialized Spine Care at UPMC Pinnacle

Suffering from back or neck pain? Your healing begins at the Spine Care Center. We offer three locations in Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, and Annville.

Our providers and nurse navigators are specially trained in the treatment of nonsurgical, spine-related conditions. Our experts will provider triage, assessment, and treatment for patients experiencing back or neck pain. We offer onsite imaging services including x-ray, MRI, CT scan, and bone scan.

After your consultation, we will map out and coordinate a conservative, nonsurgical treatment plan which may include: exercises, functional movement screening, physical therapy, rehabilitation medicine (physiatry), pain management (injections), education, and counseling.

If surgery is needed for your condition, we will coordinate your care with one our board-certified spine surgeons.
