You may be asked to complete a short questionnaire in the surgeon's office or via email or telephone at several intervals throughout your care. These Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs), also called patient-reported functional outcomes, are recognized as critical tools in evaluating the long-term surgical effect on pain and function and enables clinic providers to assess the results of their treatments for the purpose of continuous quality improvement (CQI). Your completion of the questionnaire is appreciated.
